The Henry County Clerk’s Office cannot perform title searches or do research for customers. Requests for title searches will be returned. This form may be used to request a copy of a specific document.

We do not handle court documents, i.e, divorce or child support. Please contact District/Circuit Clerk at 502-845-2868

Instructions:
• Complete the document information or marriage license information section. If known, give the book & page number and the type of document being requested. If you do not know the book and page number, give as much information as possible such as the date of recording, parties involved, document control number, address of the property, and the type of document.
• Please indicate whether or not you are requesting a certified copy.
• Complete the requestor information section.

Copy charge is $.25 per page. The certified copy charge is $5.00, if over 10 pages there is an additional $2 charge. A postage and handling fee of $2.00 is charged for each document requested.

Our office accepts cash, check, certified check, business check, or money orders. Checks should be made payable to Henry County Clerk.
